Individual Counseling is provided throughout a client’s treatment to address issues relevant to each stage of change. Individual Counseling involves a one-on-one, face-to-face encounter between a client and a counselor. Individual Counseling means the utilization of special skills to assist an individual in achieving treatment objectives through the exploration of substance use and its ramifications, including an examination of attitudes and feelings, consideration of alternative solutions and decision making, and coping. We also provide specialized treatment planning and additional therapy for our clients who are experiencing mental or emotional issues. Additionally, crisis management services are provided to clients who may be experiencing a personal crisis.
