Braking Point employs exercise physiologists who work with our clients in our onsite wellness center. Our staff is trained in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of muscle and bone injuries, as well as other illnesses. Clients can be trained individually and/or in a small group setting to improve the overall holistic health during their recovery. We also offer classes such as yoga and spinning. Physical activity positively changes the brain chemistry by increasing the amount of new nerve connections in the brain. As the body and mind continue to return to a new normal state, many people in recovery find exercise also helps restore a normal sleep schedule.
